My Challenge


I'm fat, I mean I am a big guy, not only height wise but girth wise, I stand at an astonishing ( at least to me 6 foot 3 inches and 350 pounds, I have of recent come to realize how big I really am, I mean I am NFL lineman big without the contract, money and muscle. I was challenged yesterday by my father-in-law to lose 2 pounds a week for the next 40 weeks and as he put it he will make it worth my while. I of course took that to mean some sort of financial compensation. I thought and prayed about it and have decided to take the offer, so now I start on my journey, tomorrow, a journey to better health, smaller clothes and a cash prize. I plan to every week give an update on my progress, hopefully to to my goal of losing 80 pounds. So if you have encouragement I can use it, if not please just ignore these posts every Monday. Yep, I'm back on the diet and exercise thing too. Substitute water for soda, and even milk sometimes. Walking, until getting up to a nice jog works well too. Water and walking will help you drop lbs. fast.
And six smaller meals a day against 2-3 big ones helps. Try to stay satiated all day.
